Jeroen van Seeters focuses on the reputation of a brand, company or product. As Strategy Director Europe he emphasises ‘customer relevance’ and ‘brand ideas’ that affect the reputation of a brand – often more than the product or service supplied by the client. Jeroen sees the motives and drivers of an organisation and its leaders as factors that determine the authenticity of its reputation. Making these motives and drivers explicit for an organisation and its leaders is one of the things that Jeroen specialises in.
Jeroen also specialises in advising clients on communication strategy, messaging and (media) presentation and provides coaching and training. Jeroen is an experienced crisis communication expert.
Jeroen holds a degree in Japanese Language and Culture from Leiden University and a degree in Mass Communication and PR from Utrecht University.
